Outside of School Sporting Achievements

Parents/Guardians are asked to complete the form linked below to inform us about their child’s sporting achievements outside of school before the end of every term, as we would love to display this on our achievements board in PE. This could be anything that they do as part of a club or by participating in a competition or event. If your child has received any recognition, certificate, medal, badge, or trophy, then please let us know. If unable to access the link below, forms can also be downloaded and/or collected by pupils from Miss Deer to take home, but they must remember to get them signed by a parent/guardian and return to school in time for the deadline.
